RestaurantPOS.com PMS Hotel Interface

The RestaurantPOS.com Property Management System Interface has been redesigned and improved to allow faster setup and rapid transaction processing while making it virtually impossible for your servers to make a mistake. Scroll down for the latest screenshots for front end operations. Click here to see the simple 1-2-3 setup instructions for the InnQuest RoomMaster 2000 EPI (Extended Posting Interface).
When combined with our PMS interface, RestaurantPOS.com is now capable of posting room charges to your Micros 2700/4700 compatible property management system.
You must have TCP/IP connectivity to use the interface. Download a demo today to verify that RestaurantPOS.com can post to your micros-compatible property management system. The demo version is limited to posting transactions of five dollars or less.
The PMS interface includes a comprehensive guest card solution, enabling you to offer your guests complimentary menu items or bar items. Assign one card per room, user or group and control maximum allowable comps. You can easily create unlimited discount groups to accommodate VIP guests or corporate guests.

Touch the Room Service button to activate the PMS interface. |

If the guest prefers to pay with cash/credit, but is entitled to discounts on the guest card, touch the Pay Now button. For a normal room post, touch the Post To Room button. |

Swipe the card to continue. |

If the magnetic stripe doesn't work or the card reader is defective, the server can simply enter the card number using the on-screen keypad. |

All available room folios are retrieved from the property management system. |

The server may review the customer information before processing the transaction. |

Green or Red status messages allow for easy verification of success or failure. |

The customer simply fills in the gratuity and signs the ticket, similar to a normal credit card transaction. The server can then finalize the transaction at any time. |
